The are some historical names behind the FAs of this one (e.g. Royal Robbins on the FA and John Long on the FFA). I didn’t have my camera for this one but I still wanted to post about it because it was such a beautiful line. I only recall 1 pitch being rated 5.11 back when I did it, but I also recall the first pitch being pretty pumpy.
I had heard the first pitch (the Bat crack) could be full of bat shit. Luckily this wasn’t the case for me. Certainly some shit, but nothing I couldn’t avoid.
Note that I guessed the date for this one as it’s been too long for me to remember even what year it was, but something like 2007 or 2008 sounds about right.
